All disputes shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, and decisions shall be final and enforceable in any competent court.
Users waive the right to bring class-action lawsuits or participate in collective legal proceedings.

9. Changes to Terms
